Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of Searchooli.com(the “website”), operated by Searchooli (“Searchooli,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you can form a binding agreement and that you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

About This Website

This website is informational. It describes Searchooli’s services and lets you request a Free Visibility Review or get in touch. The content is provided for general information and doesn’t constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice for your specific situation.

Permitted Use

You may view and use this website for your own personal or business purposes — to learn about what Searchooli does and to contact us. That’s what it’s here for.

Prohibited Misuse

You agree not to:

• Use the website in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose;
• Submit false information, or someone else’s information without permission;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or connected services;
• Interfere with or disrupt the website, or introduce malicious code;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the site through automated means without our permission;
• Copy, resell, or misuse the website’s content or design.

Intellectual Property

The Searchooli name, logo, website design, text, graphics, and other content are owned by Searchooli or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent, except for ordinary personal or internal reference.

Third-Party Websites and Services

The website may link to, or rely on, third-party websites and services we don’t control. We provide those links and integrations for convenience and don’t endorse or take responsibility for their content, practices, or availability. Your use of a third-party website or service is governed by that third party’s own terms.

Service Inquiries and Proposals

Requesting a Free Visibility Review, submitting a form, or contacting us does not by itself create a client relationship or any binding commitment. Any specific work Searchooli performs for you would be described and agreed separately, in its own proposal or agreement. Nothing on this website is an offer with fixed pricing, timelines, or terms of service.

No Guarantee of Results

Search visibility, rankings, traffic, leads, and business outcomes depend on many factors outside any one provider’s control — including search engines, competitors, and market conditions. Searchooli does not guarantee any specific ranking, amount of traffic, number of leads, revenue, or business result, and nothing on this website should be read as such a guarantee.

Availability and Changes

We may change, update, suspend, or remove parts of the website — including content and features — at any time and without notice. We don’t guarantee the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the website will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, or that the information on it is complete or current for your specific needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Searchooli will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this website. This section describes the reasonable limits of our responsibility for the website itself; it doesn’t change the terms of any separate written agreement we may enter into with you for actual services.

Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for your own misuse of the website — that is, if your violation of these Terms or your unlawful use of the website causes a claim against Searchooli, you agree to cover the reasonable costs directly resulting from it. This is intended to be fair and limited, not a broad or one-sided obligation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Searchooli is based in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
