The reviewed submission is then passed to DailyFlo, Searchooli’s internal operations system, where it is stored so a real person can review your request, follow up, and keep track of next steps. A notification email is also sent to Searchooli so we know a new request has come in. This is how we make sure a person actually reviews and responds to what you send.

Service Providers We Use

We rely on a small number of reputable service providers to run the website and handle your request. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

• Vercel — website hosting and the serverless endpoint that receives form submissions.
• Supabase — the database that stores your request inside DailyFlo, Searchooli’s operations system.
• Resend — delivery of the internal notification email that tells us a new request has arrived.

Each provider maintains its own privacy and security practices. We share your information with them only to operate the service you requested.

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only:

• With the service providers listed above, so they can help us operate the website and process your request;
• If we are required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Searchooli or others.

Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to complete your review, follow up with you, maintain our ongoing relationship, and meet routine business and record-keeping needs. If you’d like us to delete the information you’ve shared, you can ask us and we’ll take reasonable steps to do so, unless we’re required to keep it.
